All supplement orders and virtual weight loss plans are non-refundable and non-returnable. All virtual program purchases and supplements are purchased as is, with no express and implied warranties.  All warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly waived.

United States Shipping

We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days*

Free shipping applies to ground shipping on all US orders over $99.

Shipping rates are calculated after coupons/discounts and applicable taxes have been applied.

*Occasional delays may occur due to stock availability, storewide sales, and unforeseeable weather conditions.

* At this time, all nutritional product ordering can only be delivered in the United States.  We do not ship internationally.
